The package arrived with a bit of wear (some tears, etc.) Upon opening it looked like someone had stood on it because some of the cross slats were broken. I called the number that was on the box and it connected to the manufacturer, not Simply Arbors. The manufacturer said that they would send a replacement side but I have not rec'd it yet.
